Our SMEs are experienced, certified educators with deep expertise in standards alignment and curriculum evaluation. They review materials in their certified content areas, to help ensure that Learning List delivers high-quality, evidence-based reviews for school districts and publishers.

SME Qualifications
To maintain the rigor and reliability of our reviews, all SMEs:
- Have a minimum of five years of classroom teaching experience
- Hold current certification in the grade levels and content areas they review
- Have recent experience teaching the relevant standards
- Have not worked for a publisher, online content provider, or other private entity that reviews instructional materials within the past two years
All SMEs receive in-depth training and individualized feedback after each review to ensure quality and consistency.
